Philbee accepted to Allegheny College

Please extend your congratulations to Leigh Ann Philbee on her most recent acceptance to Allegheny College in Meadville, Pennsylvania.  Way to go again Leigh Ann!  Leigh Ann was also awarded their prestigious Trustee Scholarship.  The amount of the scholarship is be determined later.
